How far ahead should I book?+
Book as early as you can, especially for weekends and popular dates. If your event is coming up soon, send an enquiry—we may still be able to help.
Do you create custom themes?+
Yes. Share your colours, theme and inspiration, and Jess will shape a concept that feels personal to your celebration.
Is setup and pack-down included?+
Your proposal will clearly state what is included, along with access requirements and the planned setup and collection times.
Do you travel outside Adelaide?+
Jelly Parties is Adelaide based. Travel outside the usual service area may be available and any additional fee will be shown in your proposal.
Is a bond or deposit required?+
Any booking payment, bond and cancellation conditions will be listed clearly in your proposal before you confirm.
Digital products
Will I receive a physical item?+
No. Digital products are downloaded or accessed online; nothing is shipped.
What can I edit?+
Editable fields vary by design. Each product page will explain exactly what can be changed before you purchase.
Can I print the design?+
Yes. Follow the included instructions to print at home or through a professional printer, or send suitable invitations digitally.
